  • Bawang putih
  • Bawang merah
  • Halia
  • Lada kering

  • Gula
  • Cuka
  • Kicap manis
  • Garam
  • Ajinomoto
Caranya:
Tumis Bahan2 yg dikisar hingga garing. Masukkan Ayam yg telah dicuci bersih. 
Masukkan air, gula, cuka, Kicap Manis, Garam & Ajinomoto... 
Masak hingga mendidih dan ayam masak...
